CroCab Premium
For a business arrival, a special occasion or a planned transfer, explore the Premium category in the CroCab app. Choose the category that suits your trip and check the displayed maximum price and availability before confirming.
CroCab is still in testing. This page describes the planned offering; public ride orders and reservations are not available yet.
Premium is a ride category, not a separate app or customer account. Consider it for a business arrival, a hotel pickup or a trip where choosing a higher category matters to you. Enter the pickup, destination and requested time in the same way as for other CroCab rides.
Select Premium only when it is offered for your area and time. Review the displayed price, exact pickup point and assigned vehicle details. The category name does not guarantee a particular car make or model, special equipment, a name-board greeting or a dedicated chauffeur service.
Premium describes the selected vehicle category. For a company trip, enter the business billing details separately. You can also arrange a business ride in another available category; Premium is not a requirement for a receipt issued to a company.
Allow enough time when travelling to an airport or an important meeting. A reservation records the requested pickup time, while availability depends on the area and available vehicles. Flight tracking and automatic pickup changes following a flight delay are not promised by this category.
The assigned transport partner provides the ride, collects payment and issues the receipt. Pay at the end of the trip in cash or by card on the partner's terminal if cards are accepted. CroCab does not charge for rides on the web or save your card details.
CroCab is intended for supported areas across Croatia. Premium is not guaranteed in every location or time slot; check the app and availability confirmation for your particular trip.
Yes. Premium is a category within the same CroCab customer app and web app, not a separate registration.
The price page contains the indicative tariff components. The app displays the maximum price for your particular route before you confirm the booking.
