Delete a CroCab account
You can permanently delete your account in the app. If you cannot access it, send a request from the email address linked to the account.

Delete in the app
Open Menu → Profile and settings → Delete account. Deletion is unavailable while a ride is active or already assigned.
No access to the app?
Send the request from the address linked to your CroCab account. We may request additional identity confirmation to protect the account.
Request account deletionWhat is deleted?
The active profile, contact details, profile photo, devices, notification tokens and information that is not required for legal obligations are deleted.
What may be retained?
Completed ride, accounting, complaint and security records that must remain for legal reasons are pseudonymised for the applicable period and are no longer shown as an active CroCab account.
