A meeting arrival, a trip between business locations or a hotel and airport journey starts with a clear travel plan. CroCab connects the passenger with a transport partner, with a choice of available categories and company billing details.

Company details for the receipt

In the customer app, choose to book as a company and enter the company name, OIB (Croatian tax identification number), address, postal code and city. Check the details before the ride ends. The partner providing the transport issues the receipt, not CroCab as the booking intermediary.

Business purpose does not determine the vehicle category

Business transport is not an additional car category. Choose Standard, Comfort or Premium from the options actually available for your trip. For a group or extra luggage, check the seating and luggage capacity of the offered vehicle in advance.

Meetings, hotels and scheduled departures

Prepare your pickup, destination and requested time, allowing enough time for arrival. Request a reservation through your CroCab account, or read about the assisted reservation request that dispatch confirms separately. Visiting this page does not guarantee vehicle availability.

Payment and travel documentation

Pay the transport partner at the end of the ride, in cash or by physical card if the partner accepts cards. CroCab does not save card details for web charging. This description does not automatically include monthly consolidated billing, deferred payment or a separate corporate contract.

Transport and payment

The assigned transport partner provides the ride, collects payment and issues the receipt. Pay at the end of the trip in cash or by card on the partner's terminal if cards are accepted. CroCab does not charge for rides on the web or save your card details.

Questions about this service

Is business transport the same as Premium?

No. Business transport describes the trip purpose and billing details, while Premium is the selected vehicle category.

Who issues the receipt for a business ride?

The transport partner providing the ride issues the receipt. The issuer details and tax presentation belong to that partner; the customer billing details identify the company you entered.
