Comfort is a category choice

Comfort is a separate CroCab category alongside Standard and Premium. Compare the available categories and their displayed fares when booking. The Comfort name does not promise a specific vehicle model or special equipment; check the assigned vehicle details in the app.

City trips start with a clear pickup point

For a local taxi ride, enter the address and check the pickup pin. If access to a building is from another street, place the pin at the actual entrance so the driver can reach the agreed location. For luggage or other needs, check that the offered vehicle suits your trip before it starts.

Choosing a pickup time in advance

For a planned journey, choose a reservation and your requested time in the app. Comfort must be available in the selected area and time slot. The assisted form on the public website is not an instantly confirmed booking: dispatch checks those requests separately.

Comparing Comfort with Premium

Comfort and Premium are not interchangeable names for the same category. Compare the options actually offered in the app, the fare and the driver and vehicle details after assignment. For business travel, correct billing details matter as well as the selected category.

Transport and payment

The assigned transport partner provides the ride, collects payment and issues the receipt. Pay at the end of the trip in cash or by card on the partner's terminal if cards are accepted. CroCab does not charge for rides on the web or save your card details.

Do I need a different app for Comfort?

No. Comfort uses the same CroCab account, Android app and web app.

Can I always reserve a Comfort vehicle?

The category cannot be guaranteed for every time slot. Availability depends on the area, available drivers and vehicles.

Does Comfort cost the same as Standard?

Each category has its own tariff components. Check the selected category and the price for your actual route before confirming in the app.
